Complex Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Proactively identifying and triaging complex claims issues, the full-time Complex Claims Analyst will analyze data, manage referrals, and expedite resolutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes data to identify complex claims requiring further intervention and triages referrals from regulatory agencies and external entities
• Determines the most appropriate resource to resolve complex claim issues or complaints
• Documents clear and concise file notes to facilitate stakeholder understanding of issue evaluations and determinations

Required qualifications

• Five (5) years of liability claims experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Subject matter expertise in liability and transportation claims processing
• Ability to manage claims across multiple jurisdictions
• Licenses as required for specific jurisdictions preferred
