Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complex Claims Director - EPL, Private and Not-For-Profit D&O, Fiduciary.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of specialized Claims Professionals, ensuring adherence to Specialty Claim Handling Guidelines
• Drive organizational profitability by managing expenses, productivity, and claim resolution strategies
• Monitor team performance using data analytics and develop strategies for operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; JD degree preferred
• Minimum of ten years of related work experience, with one to three years of management experience preferred
• Advanced technical expertise in Private D&O, EPL, and Fiduciary matters
• Applicable certifications or professional designations preferred
• Thorough knowledge of the insurance industry and related products, policies, and procedures
