A company is looking for a Complex Claims Director to lead a team of claim professionals in the Specialty Financial Lines claim group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage specialized Claims Professionals, ensuring adherence to Specialty Claim Handling Guidelines
• Drive organizational profitability by managing expenses, productivity, and claim resolution strategies
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and develop strategies for operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; JD degree preferred
• Minimum of ten years of related work experience, with one to three years of management experience preferred
• Advanced technical expertise in Private D&O, EPL, and Fiduciary matters
• Applicable certifications or professional designations preferred
• Thorough knowledge of the insurance industry and organizational products, policies, and procedures
