Complex Data Exchange Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Complex Data Exchange Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of electronic data interfaces for Life, Accident, Disability, and Family Medical Leave products
• Educate clients and TPAs on data structure and its operational impact across downstream systems
• Audit and validate incoming files to ensure quality and compliance with business rules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
• Prior experience with clients, producers, TPAs, or Ben Tech partners preferred
• Strong understanding of complex data structures and electronic transmission methods preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
• Experience managing file dependencies and reconciliation across multiple data sources preferred
