Job Summary

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue management efforts to drive RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performance for two hotels
• Develop and execute pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of hotel revenue management experience, preferably in multi-property environments
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of hotel sales and distribution channels
• Experience with hotel revenue management systems and hospitality technology platforms
