Complex Liability Claims Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complex Liability Claims Manager (Property Damage + Bodily Injury).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of liability adjusters handling Property Damage and Bodily Injury claims
• Oversee the end-to-end claim lifecycle and manage litigated claims and outside counsel relationships
• Coach the team on negotiation strategies, litigation management, and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of liability claims experience, specifically in Property Damage and Bodily Injury
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience managing multi-state claims in a TPA or third-party claims environment
• Proficiency in claims systems such as Guidewire
• Experience with represented and litigated claims, including attorney negotiation and settlement strategy
