Job Summary
A company is looking for a Complex Reservations Administrator who is enthusiastic and motivated in executing reservations as part of a revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate reservations for FIT, Wholesale, and local accounts
- Communicate reservation information effectively to property teams, including Front Desk and Accounting
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members in a multi-resort environment
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel reservations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage duties independently without close supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
