• Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls to optimize demand and availability
• Serve as the primary liaison with Front Office, Sales and Marketing, and Reservations to maximize profitability
• Conduct competitive analyses and forecasting to adjust sales and pricing strategies effectively

• Experience in revenue management or related field
• Proven ability to analyze data and develop pricing strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• Experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
