Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct complaint investigations, including documentation and corrective actions
  • Assist with marketing audits and technology vendor calibration
  • Develop and monitor marketing vendors, and oversee and train quality team and FMOs
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Background in the insurance industry or compliance-related position preferred
  • Experience with CMS/Carrier sales requirements preferred
  • Experience with TCPA regulations, carrier complaints, and/or marketing compliance preferred
