Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complaint investigations, including documentation and corrective actions
- Assist with marketing audits and technology vendor calibration
- Develop and monitor marketing vendors, and oversee and train quality team and FMOs
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Background in the insurance industry or compliance-related position preferred
- Experience with CMS/Carrier sales requirements preferred
- Experience with TCPA regulations, carrier complaints, and/or marketing compliance preferred
