Compliance Advisor - Lending

Job Summary

Providing compliance advice and direction across the enterprise, the full-time Compliance Advisor - Lending will assist with the execution of the Compliance Management System, including regulatory change and risk assessment, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Compliance Department with regulatory change, issues management, and monitoring
• Provide actionable guidance to business partners regarding compliance risks and controls
• Support audits, examinations, and the implementation of corrective action plans for new products and services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of compliance experience within financial services or consumer finance
• Subject matter expertise in federal and state consumer lending laws and regulations
• Knowledge of consumer lending compliance risk and the regulatory framework
• CRCM certification preferred
