Compliance Advisory Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Advisory Manager (Debit/Prepaid).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Compliance Management Program for debit and prepaid card products
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies, conducting audits and investigating potential violations
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures while collaborating with internal departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience and certifications
• 3-5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or audit roles within financial services or the payments industry
• Knowledge of Regulation E, Prepaid rules, and UDAAP
• Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• CRCM or other relevant certifications are a plus
