Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in the Non-QM lending space.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and test business rules and loan documents for compliance
• Conduct research to address compliance-related questions and provide guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot compliance issues and refine policies

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in compliance or risk management within the mortgage or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of Non-QM lending products and regulatory guidelines
• Experience with business rule testing and document compliance review
• Familiarity with compliance management systems or mortgage loan origination software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
