Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to investigate complaints and enhance procedures in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of complaints and assess adherence to regulations and internal policies
• Prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for improvement in complaint handling and procedures
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address issues in complaint resolution processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field with 2-3+ years of experience in lending institutions
• Working knowledge of financial protection laws and regulations related to consumer lending is preferred
• Strong interest in and understanding of the clean energy financing industry
• Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
