Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst, Carrier Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the insurance carrier relationship owner and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Responsible for timely filing of compliance and regulatory reporting, including complaints and appeals
• Review and analyze state statutes and regulations to ensure adherence to filing and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2-3 years of insurance compliance related experience
• Experience with regulatory reporting preferred
• General knowledge of insurance contract fulfillment and policy structure
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
