Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to manage compliance review programs and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews during merchant onboarding and ongoing monitoring for legal adherence
• Verify healthcare licensure for medspa customers and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Engage with customers on compliance issues and collaborate with various departments to resolve them

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in legal compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields in healthcare or fintech
• Strong knowledge of healthcare licensing frameworks and regulations
• Experience in customer engagement regarding compliance matters
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements and healthcare data security standards
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments
