Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst, Regulatory Complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate regulatory complaints in a timely and accurate manner, including engaging with consumers and third parties
• Analyze, document, and escalate compliance concerns as necessary
• Facilitate the preparation and delivery of written responses to complaints by deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance-oriented, research, and investigative environment
• Experience in the financial services industry or legal field
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a closely related field
