Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to ensure regulatory compliance and process improvement within the Compliance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to provide timely information to auditors, examiners, and banks
• Collect and assess diligence materials on vendors and partners to meet regulatory requirements
• Prepare periodic reports on risks and assist in the regulatory examination process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking or MSB industry or as a regulator, examiner, or auditor
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or Paralegal Certificate preferable
• Project management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of AML/CTF/Fraud laws, including BSA and USA PATRIOT Act
