Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Referral Analyst to monitor regulatory compliance and support data collection for filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for compliance with laws and contractual obligations
• Conduct legal research and monitor changes in regulations to mitigate risks
• Support data collection for regulatory filings and develop compliance communications

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 3+ years of experience in a regulatory, privacy, or compliance role within healthcare or managed care
• 3+ years of experience communicating complex information to diverse audiences
• 3+ years of experience researching state regulations independently
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
