Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance monitoring and testing on the Home Equity Investment product and processes
• Summarize monitoring and testing results for management, including trend analysis and remediation tracking
• Partner with business teams to advise on new product offerings and features, ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of compliance experience in a financial institution, preferably in fintech
• Experience conducting first or second line of defense control testing
• Working knowledge of consumer lending or mortgage regulations, particularly UDAAP and Regulation Z
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• High personal and professional integrity
