Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support operational compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake, research, and triage consumer complaints, including fact gathering and risk assessment
• Prepare summaries of findings for leadership and execute approved resolution steps
• Support audit requests by gathering evidence and organizing documentation

Required Qualifications

• Experience in banking, mortgage lending, or a regulated financial services environment
• High proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Ability to work with minimal direction while managing multiple workstreams
• Experience with consumer complaint handling or audit support
• Familiarity with consumer compliance concepts such as ECOA, FCRA, or BSA/AML
