Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their Contract Administration department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary contact for post-closing shareholder representative services
• Oversee post-closing distribution releases and ensure timely delivery of funds to target holders
• Perform detailed reviews of transactional agreements to understand contractual obligations and facilitate fund releases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Demonstrated ability to interpret contracts
• Experience in managing multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
