Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to assist in implementing an effective compliance program in a dynamic regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Research compliance program benchmarks and requirements
• Write, edit, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Create compliance training and communication plans to enhance workforce engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare, compliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of compliance experience in a PBM or health plan
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), or similar certification preferred
• Strong understanding of compliance program elements and familiarity with PBM-related healthcare operations
• Experience with pharmacy benefits and claims is a bonus
