Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support and enhance their compliance framework in Non-QM mortgage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance across Non-QM mortgage origination and servicing activities
• Review defaulted loans and lender-owned properties for regulatory adherence
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure regulatory standards are met

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of mortgage compliance experience, preferably in Non-QM lending
• Strong knowledge of loan origination processes; servicing experience a plus
• Familiarity with securitization and secondary market practices
• Contract review experience strongly preferred
• Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage systems and tools to improve compliance workflows
