Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst (Night Shift- Pacific Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Review expert call transcripts to identify and address material nonpublic and confidential information
• Conduct due diligence reviews and document any compliance violations
• Perform advanced research on financial reports and regulatory filings to assess public domain information

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, compliance/financial/business analyst, or similar role preferred
• Strong research and analysis skills
• Ability to work from 2pm-10pm Pacific Time
• Experience with proofreading, drafting, and investigative research
• Capability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
