Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to ensure regulatory and internal compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage filings in SERFF for forms, rules, and rates
• Participate in audits by insurers, reinsurers, and regulators
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure accuracy of form packages

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in the P&C sector; commercial lines preferred
• Strong familiarity with ISO, SERFF, LexisNexis, SNL, APCIA, NAIC & DOI websites
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
