Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Referral Analyst to monitor regulatory compliance and support data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and contractual obligations
• Conduct legal research and monitor changes in regulations to mitigate risks
• Create regulatory reports and support the Special Investigations Unit in referring issues to regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of experience in a regulatory, privacy, or compliance role in a government or health care environment
• 3+ years of experience researching state regulations independently
• 2+ years of experience writing investigation findings to state regulators
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
