Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to monitor compliance with Medicare Supplement regulations and support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Agent Distribution team to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
• Develop compliance communications and drive problem resolution
• Monitor changes in requirements to mitigate risks and achieve compliance

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 3+ years of experience in a regulatory or compliance role within a government, legal, or health insurance environment
• 2+ years of experience communicating complex information with multiple internal customers
• 2+ years of experience in Medicare insurance or health insurance regulations
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
