Job Summary

Supporting the Enterprise-wide Sanctions Risk Assessment, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage risk assessment methodologies, enhance control questions, and collaborate with various business units to mitigate sanctions risk.

Key responsibilities
  • Support annual updates to the Sanctions Risk Assessment Methodology
  • Develop and enhance inherent risk and control questions in line with evolving sanctions regulations
  • Collaborate with 1st Line of Defense teams to validate responses to the SRA questionnaire and track action items
Required qualifications
  • Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment
  • Experience working independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
