Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting compliance activities, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage day-to-day operations, provide technical expertise for regulatory inquiries, and facilitate required reporting to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supports the compliance function by managing compliance incidents and corrective action plans
• Interprets and analyzes Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare-Medicaid Plan reporting requirements
• Creates and maintains key performance indicator reports and coordinates site visits for regulators

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of compliance and/or audit-related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Experience collaborating in a cross-functional organization with internal and external stakeholders
