Job Summary
Supporting compliance activities, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage day-to-day operations, provide technical expertise for regulatory inquiries, and facilitate required reporting to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Supports the compliance function by managing compliance incidents and corrective action plans
- Interprets and analyzes Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare-Medicaid Plan reporting requirements
- Creates and maintains key performance indicator reports and coordinates site visits for regulators
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of compliance and/or audit-related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience collaborating in a cross-functional organization with internal and external stakeholders
