Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Compliance Risk Management Program, the full-time Compliance Analyst will coordinate regulatory examinations and internal audits, collaborate with stakeholders, and enhance compliance processes while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end management of regulatory exams and internal audits, ensuring timely responses and escalation of significant risks
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment and completeness of exam and audit responses
• Monitor and track regulatory and audit findings, developing and executing appropriate remediation plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of professional experience in operational or compliance risk management, government agency/regulator, or audit functions
• Proven ability to engage effectively with all levels of management and foster strong relationships
• Demonstrated experience in assessing risks and controls
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting risk exam management processes or project management is a plus
