Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely within the Continental United States, the full-time Compliance Analyst will review and analyze contractual obligations related to transaction distributions, coordinate with internal and external parties, and ensure timely fund releases while managing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships as the primary contact for post-closing Shareholder Representative Services
• Oversee post-closing distribution processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of funds
• Conduct in-depth reviews of transactional agreements to understand contractual obligations and facilitate compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Demonstrated ability to interpret contracts effectively
• Experience with M&A transactions and post-closing processes preferred
