Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely anywhere in the United States, the full-time Compliance Analyst will support the implementation and management of the company's compliance program by reviewing marketing materials, training resources, and maintaining compliance with consumer protection laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the review of consumer marketing materials and communications to ensure compliance with established policies and consumer protection laws
• Support the review of training materials for employees and third parties to ensure accuracy regarding brand-specific fees and internal policies
• Maintain procedures and guidelines for the marketing material review process and assist in identifying compliance risks for new products

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of professional experience in compliance or law, preferably in a financial institution or regulatory agency
• Familiarity with banking and payment regulations such as Regulation E, Regulation Z, and UDAAP
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and provide clear recommendations
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Professional programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
