Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Driving enhancements to Customer Due Diligence processes, the full-time Compliance Analyst will support key governance projects and manage global initiatives while collaborating with first- and second-line teams across markets and lines of business.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance-related projects in alignment with regulatory requests and stakeholder management
• Manage global initiatives, including conducting gap assessments and implementing KYC standards
• Review and assess existing KYC policies and procedures against regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or financial crimes compliance
• Minimum of 2 years in BSA-AML, risk management, or audit
• Proven ability to synthesize insights from large data sets for strategic implementation
• Bachelor's degree required
• Familiarity with KYC operations and customer lifecycle management is a plus
