Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage the issuance of policies, certificates, and endorsements while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and will assist in maintaining the forms library and automating products across various systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue policy contracts and related forms in accordance with company policy and state regulations
• Document and maintain policy issuance processes and assist in policy automation efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality insurance products and respond to product inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) from an accredited college or university
• 3 or more years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry, particularly with A&H product lines
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance compliance laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy
