Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Enterprise-wide Sanctions Risk Assessment, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage risk assessment methodologies, collaborate with business units to validate responses, and enhance controls to mitigate sanctions risks.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual updates to the Sanctions Risk Assessment Methodology
• Develop and enhance risk assessment questions in line with evolving sanctions regulations
• Collaborate with 1st Line of Defense teams to validate responses and track action items based on SRA results

Required qualifications

• Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
• Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Assessment preferred
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a complex matrix environment
