Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Enterprise-wide Sanctions Risk Assessment, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage inherent risk evaluations, collaborate with business units on control enhancements, and develop key metrics related to sanctions compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual updates to the Sanctions Risk Assessment Methodology
• Develop and enhance inherent risk and control questions in line with evolving sanctions regulations
• Collaborate with 1st Line of Defense teams to validate responses to the Sanctions Risk Assessment questionnaire

Required qualifications

• Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment
• Experience working independently with minimal oversight
• Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional qualification preferred
