Job Summary

Analyzing regulatory changes and implementing compliance programs, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will ensure organizational adherence to regulations while conducting compliance reviews and assisting in audits.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough compliance reviews and assessments of company policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure company compliance
• Assist in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products, with experience in IT or task management
• In-depth understanding of industry processes and job-specific methodologies
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members
• Minimal critical thinking skills and a drive to improve processes
