Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Global Financial Crimes Compliance team, the full-time Compliance Analyst will conduct daily assessments of screening alerts, identify low-quality alerts for bulk closure, and develop inventory management strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review and triage generated screening alert volume to identify low-quality alerts eligible for bulk closure
• Monitor alert volume for data quality concerns and coordinate the GFCSU Sanctions Inventory needs
• Develop and produce Inventory Management reports to track SLA adherence and compliance with Risk and Control Self-Assessment controls

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sanctions or data-related roles
• Experience with Bridger software is necessary
• Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and strategic planning
• Flexible schedule to support teams across multiple time zones
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
