Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Global Financial Crimes Surveillance Unit, the full-time Compliance Analyst will conduct daily assessments of screening alert volumes, identify low-quality alerts for bulk closure, and develop inventory management strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review and triage generated screening alert volumes to identify low-quality alerts
• Leverage the Alert Prioritization Portal to conduct bulk closures and monitor data quality concerns
• Develop and produce Inventory Management reports to track SLA adherence and compliance with controls

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sanctions or data analysis
• Experience with Bridger software is necessary
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Background in BSA-AML compliance or complex investigations is a plus
• Flexible schedule required to support teams across multiple time zones
