Job Summary
To support the Global Financial Crimes Compliance team, the full-time Compliance Analyst will conduct daily assessments of screening alerts, identify low-quality alerts for bulk closure, and develop inventory management strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Review and triage generated screening alert volume to identify low-quality alerts for bulk closure
- Monitor alert aging and develop strategies to address key risk indicators (KRI) and key performance indicators (KPI) challenges
- Produce Inventory Management reports to track service-level agreement (SLA) adherence and compliance with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) controls
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sanctions or data analysis
- Experience with Bridger software is necessary
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required to support teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
