Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Global Financial Crimes Compliance efforts, the full-time Compliance Analyst will conduct daily assessments of screening alert volumes, identify low-quality alerts for bulk closure, and develop inventory management strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review and triage generated screening alert volumes for quality assessment
• Leverage the Alert Prioritization Portal to conduct bulk closures of low-quality alerts
• Develop and produce Inventory Management reports to monitor compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs)

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sanctions or data management
• Experience with Bridger software
• Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and strategic planning
• Flexible schedule to support teams across multiple time zones
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
