Job Summary
To support the Global Financial Crimes Compliance efforts, the full-time Compliance Analyst will conduct daily assessments of screening alert volumes, identify low-quality alerts for bulk closure, and develop inventory management strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Review and triage generated screening alert volumes for quality assessment
- Leverage the Alert Prioritization Portal to conduct bulk closures of low-quality alerts
- Develop and produce Inventory Management reports to monitor compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs)
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sanctions or data management
- Experience with Bridger software
- Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and strategic planning
- Flexible schedule to support teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
