Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will research and assist in maintaining compliance programs, policies, and procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of scalable compliance and risk assessment workflows
• Proactively monitor and research relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting the fintech sector
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to reinforce a strong culture of compliance among employees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited college or university
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in compliance or related fields
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Curiosity about new technologies and their regulatory implications
