Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day regulatory compliance operations, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage producer and adjuster licensing, regulatory correspondence, and legislative monitoring in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and coordinate responses to state insurance department inquiries and manage complaint handling workflows
- Administer the producer licensing program, ensuring compliance with adjuster licensing requirements across jurisdictions
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting commercial lines insurance and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of insurance compliance experience, preferably in a P&C insurance company or MGA
- Demonstrated experience with state insurance department inquiries and complaint handling processes
- Hands-on experience with producer and adjuster licensing, including multi-state administration
- Experience in legislative and regulatory monitoring across multiple jurisdictions
- Proficiency with standard business tools and familiarity with AI tools in a professional context
