Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting compliance activities, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and facilitate communication with stakeholders to remediate compliance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned Corrective Action Plans from initiation through completion
• Review and analyze regulatory requirements and CAP root causes for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate communication with business areas, compliance officers, and regulators to support compliance initiatives

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of compliance and/or audit-related experience or equivalent education
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in generating reports
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
