Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Compliance Issues, Events and Remediation Governance team, the full-time Compliance Analyst will assist in developing and executing compliance risk governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to program expectations, and analyzing reports to monitor compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the development of a sustainable Compliance Issues Management Program
• Support processes to ensure compliance-related issues meet program expectations for resolution and policy adherence
• Analyze and develop reports to monitor adherence and governance of the Compliance Issues, Events and Remediations program

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Business, or a related field
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Professional regulatory compliance certification preferred (e.g., CRMC, CAMS, CCEP, CIP)
• Experience in a large, complex financial institution is preferred
