Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Compliance Issues, Events and Remediation Governance team, the full-time Compliance Analyst will develop and execute compliance risk governance initiatives while ensuring adherence to program expectations and managing compliance-related issues remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing a sustainable Compliance Issues Management Program
• Support processes to ensure compliance-related issues meet program expectations, including timely resolution and policy adherence
• Analyze and develop reports and controls to monitor adherence to the Compliance Issues program

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Business, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional regulatory compliance certification preferred (e.g., CRMC, CAMS, CCEP, CIP)
• Experience in a large, complex financial institution is preferred
