Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Compliance Issues, Events and Remediation Governance team, the full-time Compliance Analyst will assist in developing a sustainable Compliance Issues Management Program, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and analyzing data to monitor program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the development of a sustainable Compliance Issues Management Program
• Support processes for ensuring compliance-related Issues, Events, and Remediations meet program expectations
• Analyze and develop reports and controls to monitor adherence to the Compliance Issues, Events, and Remediations program

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Business, or a related field
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Professional regulatory compliance certification preferred (e.g., CRMC, CAMS, CCEP, CIP)
• Experience in a large, complex financial institution preferred
