Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) product review process, the full-time Compliance Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to manage product initiatives, assess compliance risks, and ensure timely approvals while maintaining detailed documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with management of GFCC new product, product change, and discontinuation reviews
• Review new product proposals and compliance requirements to identify potential financial crimes risks
• Track issues and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and maintain the GFCC-SPOT dashboard

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance
• Familiarity with product governance, risk and control management, and compliance risk assessment
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and manage time effectively
