Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the management of day-to-day tasks for GFCC product reviews, the full-time Compliance Analyst will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial crimes policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining meticulous records and tracking approval processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with management of GFCC new product, product change, and discontinuation reviews
• Review new product proposals to identify potential financial crimes risks and compliance requirements
• Manage weekly Product Approval reporting and maintain the GFCC-SPOT dashboard for tracking approval matters

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance
• Understanding of product governance, risk and control management, and compliance risk assessment
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with the credit card and banking industries
