Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting compliance operations, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and facilitate communication with stakeholders to address compliance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) from initiation to completion
• Review and analyze root causes of compliance incidents to ensure alignment with federal and state regulations
• Coordinate communication with business areas and regulators to support compliance remediation efforts

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of compliance and/or audit-related experience or equivalent education
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate reports
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
